Learn Brioche Lace

Like traditional knitted lace, brioche lace creates delicate eyelet patterns using simple yarn overs paired with right- and left-leaning decreases. This combination forms beautifully intricate designs that emerge as you knit. Eyelet holes are most visible with a background of just 1 colour, much like in standard lace knitting.

My first brioche lace pattern Fisterra walks through the basics—where to place the eyelets, how they are created, and how the yarn overs evolve into brioche stitches in later rows. To support this, video tutorials will be available soon, providing step-by-step guidance in full detail
